Ali Fazal is an Indian model and actor known for his performance in Hindi films. He is famous for his character Guddu Pandit on Mirzapur, an Amazon Prime web series Mirzapur. Ali was born on the 15th of October, 1986. He was born in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

Ali Fazal started his education at the International Indian School, in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. Following that, he went again to India and attended La Martiniere College in Lucknow. He was born in an upper-middle-class Muslim family. The family believes that they are part of the Islamic faith and worship Allah. Fazal’s father’s name was Feroz Fazal. She is employed in a firm located in the Middle East. She is the name of her mom, the Late Uzma. His parents divorced at the age Ali was just 18 years old. This is the reason Ali has been living with his mother in his grandparents’ house.

Education

He attended the International Indian School in Dammam for a brief period of time. In addition, he was a student at La Martiniere College in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, before moving into The Doon School, an all-boys-only boarding school in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.

He began his acting career at Doon and participated in many Founder’s Day theatre productions. When he stepped into the part of Trinculo the jester in Shakespeare’s The Tempest, he is reported to have found his calling.

Career

He was a student at La Martiniere College in Lucknow and finished his education at, The Doon School, Dehra Dun. He played basketball in his school years and always wanted to represent India at the International level.

After finishing his education and his parents encouraged Ali to take up Engineering however, he convinced his parents and finished his economics degree at St. Xavier’s College. Ali made his debut in the English language film The Other End of the Line (2008).

The actor then appeared in the American TV miniseries Bollywood Hero. Following the film’s release, Always Kabhi Kabhi failed miserably at the box office, Ali stated in an interview that it wasn’t an appropriate decision to release the film.

Ali also revealed that he shed around 15 pounds in preparation for the film. The film Fukrey (2013) is an important breakthrough for Ali and his career accelerated in rate and he secured numerous opportunities for leading roles.
