Aditya Roy Kapur (born 16 November 1985). Is an Indian actor, who is primarily in Hindi films. Kapur made his acting debut in 2009, with the film musical Drama London Dreams. Kapur was the first actor to achieve commercial success when he starred in his romantic comedy Aashiqui 2 in 2013 for which he won critical acclaim and was awarded numerous awards, such as BIG Star Entertainment Awards for Best Actor in a Romantic Role.

Kapur’s grandfather Raghupat Roy Kapur was an actor during the early 1940s. Kapur is the youngest of three siblings. Career

Kapur was the first VJ for the channel Music Channel V India, where his humorous timing, as well as his “unique style of hosting” was well-received. He appeared on a show called Pakao and was also the host of the show that was a hit, India’s Hottest alongside VJ Bruna Abdullah until the year 2008.

Kapur earned their Hindi film debut in his role as a support in the musical thriller London Dreams starring Salman Khan, Ajay Devgn, and Asin Thottumkal. The supporting roles continued in his two films that were released in 2010- the Akshay Kumar-starred Action Replayy and the Hrithik Roshan-starring Guzaarish.
