Bhavani Sre, also known as GV Bhavani, is an actress and model who hails from a family with a strong connection to the entertainment industry. Born to G Venkatesh and AR Venkatesh, she is the younger sister of GV Prakash Kumar, a well-known actor and music director. In addition to her work as an actress and model, Bhavani Sre also serves as an assistant director in the Tamil and Telugu film industries.

Bhavani Sre stepped into the world of acting with her debut in the Telugu web series “High Priestess” on Zee5. She is now ready to make her mark in Tamil cinema with her debut in P Virumandi’s directorial debut, “Ka Pae Ranasingam”. Career

Bhavani Sre completed her studies in visual communication and developed a keen interest in filmmaking and directing. As a result, she worked as an assistant director in two films: Idhu Enna Maayam, directed by A. L. Vijay, and Sila Samayangalil, directed by Priyadarshan.

She also directed a few independent short films. Later, she shifted her focus toward modeling and acting. In 2019, Bhavani Sre made her acting debut with the Telugu web series High Priestess, which was released on ZEE5.

Bhavani Sre also appeared in Sudha Kongara’s segment, Thangam, in the Tamil anthology film Paava Kadhaigal, which was released on Netflix. In 2023, she will be seen in a lead role in Vetrimaaran’s film Viduthalai Part 1, which marks her first film as the lead actress.

Besides, in 2020, she acted in Nanban Oruvan Vantha Piragu, which is the directorial debut of Meesaya Murukku actor Ananth Ram. However, the film is yet to be released.
