Dipika Kakar, is an Indian TV actress, most famously for her roles in Hindi television dramas. Born on the 6th of August, 1986. She was born in Pune, Maharashtra. Due to her father’s service serving in the military, She received her primary education at Kendriya Vidyalaya located in Dehuroad, Pune. After completing her education and matriculating to Mumbai University where she completed her degree. After graduation, Dipika took training as an air hostess. Birth & Early Life
She was born on the 6th of August in Pune, Maharashtra to a Hindu family. The father of the family is an officer in the Army as is her mom, Renu Kakar. She attended school in Pune and then graduated from the University of Mumbai.
In the beginning, she pursued her aspirations to become an air hostess. She was employed in the role of a flight attendant at Jet Airways. But, she was unable to keep her job as an air hostess due to grave health problems. She shifted her focus to the entertainment industry after quitting her job as an air hostess.
Personal Life
She got married to Raunak Samson in the year 2011 however, they split in the year 2015. Then, she got married to her co-star from the TV show Sasural Simar Ka, Shoaib Ibrahim on February 22nd, 2018. The ceremony took place in Hamirpur, Uttar Pradesh. She changed her religion to Islam following her marriage and retained the title Faiza.
Career
Kakar made her television debut in the year 2010 with her debut on the TV show Neer Bhare Tere Naina Devi. Then she was featured in numerous other shows such as Agle Janam Mohe Bitiya Hi Kijo, Sasural Simar Ka, and Qayamat Ki Raat. In 2020, she starred on the popular television program Kahaan Human Tum along with Karan Grover.
She has been a part of various dance reality shows such as Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa Season 8, Nach Baliye 8, and Entertainment Ki Raat. She also was a contestant as well as the winner of the famed Bigg Boss season 12.
