Singh received her education at Seven Square Academy School, Mumbai. During class 10, she auditioned to be a part of the TV series Radha Krishna, with whom she made her professional debut. She is currently finishing her college degree.

After a gap of 2 years, she was informed that she had been chosen by the producers of the show. Mallika was the central role of Radha in the television series Radha Krishna. She gained a lot of recognition from the television industry through this show. She was a guest on shows like Super V and Nach Baliye after the show.
