Palki Upadhyay tied the knot with Sanket Upadhyay in 2008. He is a Journalist. The couple has one daughter.

Education

After completing the first level of her degree (Bachelor’s qualification) through one university in India, Sharma received a Master’s degree in communication and Journalism from the highly regarded ICG Institute for Educational Research & Development, India.

Career

Palki began working as a reporter for India’s largest broadcast television channel Doordarshan and she was also the anchor of a provincial as well as a national channel. In Doordarshan, she was tasked with pre-selecting, formatting, and writing about current news. She was a part of the Hindustan Times as an editorial writer and also wrote articles on social and civic issues in 2004.

The following year she was a part of India’s most popular news channel in English, CNN News 18, as a newscaster and a lead writer. She’s been preparing as a reporter and presenter, moved on to iTV, and hosted daily discussions and debates about various policy-related topics in 2016.
