Early Life and Family
Sachin Tendulkar was born into a Brahmin family in April 1973, in Dadar, Mumbai. He is part of the famed Saraswat Brahmin Families. Their father of his, Ramesh Tendulkar, was a Marathi writer and poet. The mother of his son was Rajni who was employed in the insurance business. Two half-brothers are named Nitin as well as Ajit and a half-sister Savita.
His early years were spent at the “Sahitya Saha Cooperative Housing Society” located in Bandra (East). He attended school at the Sharadashram Vidyamandir High School. While in school he attended the M.R.F.Pace Foundation to train himself to be a fast bowler.
Personal Life
He met the love of his life, Anjali At his home at Mumbai International Airport when he returned from his first tour abroad. It was an instant attraction for Sachin. It was fortunate that he was introduced by an acquaintance to Anjali and she didn’t have any knowledge of cricket, sports, or any other sport.
When they were married in 1995, Anjali and he were married after being together for over five years. They have two kids Sara and Arjun Tendulkar.
Career
Sachin started his career in cricket in 1987 when he was chosen to play for Bombay during the Ranji Trophy. But, he never appeared on the final eleven lists in any of the matches and was frequently utilized as a replacement player in fielding.

- When talking about his test stats, against no team did he average less than 42- the lowest averages were against Pakistan (42.28) and South Africa (42.46).
