Sana Khan, born on August 21, 1988, was raised in Mumbai’s Dharavi area. Her father is a Malayali Muslim hailing from Kannur, Kerala, and her mother, Saeeda, is from Mumbai.

In 2005, Sana Khan entered the world of acting with her debut in the Hindi film “Yehi Hai High Society,” which had a low-budget and adult theme. After that, she started appearing in various television commercials and advertisements. Later, in December 2008, Khan made her debut in Tamil cinema with the film “Silambattam,” which was produced by Lakshmi Movie Makers.

Interestingly, Silambarasan, the lead actor in the film, had initially signed her for a role in his movie “Kettavan” but had later dropped her. However, after seeing her advertisement with Shah Rukh Khan, he decided to cast her as the female lead in “Silambattam.”TV Commercials

“I aim to exhibit my true self and be more spontaneous,” she stated. She achieved considerable fame through the program and was able to remain in it until the conclusion, ultimately finishing in third position. She shared with PTI, “I’m thrilled to have made it to the top three. It was unexpected.”
