Early Life & Education

The Indian town of Pratapgarh, Uttar Pradesh, on the 4th day of October in the year 1980. Shweta Tiwari was born into a family of four. The family relocated from the city of Pratapgarh to Mumbai, India when she was a young child. Mumbai was where she attended school. St. Isabels High School, located in Mumbai is where she completed her secondary education.

Apart from being extremely proficient in schoolwork, she was also proficient in other extracurricular activities. She participated in every extracurricular event that was offered by her school with tremendous enthusiasm. Then she decided to take classes at Burhanis College in Mazegaon, Mumbai India, where she earned a bachelor’s diploma in commerce in 2009.

Shweta engaged Raja Choudhary, who is a Bhojpuri actor and director in 1998. The couple has a daughter whose name is Palak Tiwari. The couple broke up in 2006 and divorced in 2012. Shweta had a relationship with Abhinav Kohli for 3 years before tying the knot in 2013. The couple welcomed the birth of a son in 2016. His name was Reeyansh Kohli.

Shweta Tiwari appeared on the television program Kaahin Kisii Roz, after which she was the lead character Prerna for Kasautii Zindagii Kay, which was a reality show that ran from 2001 to 2008. She was seen as Sweety Ahluwalia on Parvarrish. She was a part of the well-known TV show Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, Khichdi as well as Kahani Ghar Ghar Ki.

Shweta made her debut as an actress in the movie Madhoshi in 2004. She was in films such as Aabra Ka Daabra, Bin Bulaye Baraati along Married 2 America. Tiwari appeared in plays like Shaadi Ki Home Delivery, and Shararat along Maine Ke Sau Tukde.
