Arbaaz Salim Abdul Rashid Khan (born on August 4, 1967) is an Indian actor and film producer who mostly performs in Hindi cinema as well as Telugu, Urdu, and Malayalam cinema. Since his debut in the year 1996, he has performed in numerous important and supporting roles. He began film production in the Bollywood film industry. Arbaaz Khan Productions launched with Dabangg (2010) where he played one of the brothers of the real Salman Khan.
The film was later to be among the highest-grossing Bollywood films ever. He also took home the National Film Award for Best Popular Film that Provides Wholesome Entertainment for the same reason. Khan also hosted his own reality series, Power Couple which was a hit in the US on Sony TV. In the year 2019, Khan made his debut on the digital screen in the crime-thriller web show Poison.
Early Life and Family
Khan is the 2nd child of a family with a strong connection to his family’s involvement in the Bollywood film industry. His father was Salim Khan who is a well-known screenwriter. His mother’s name was Sushila Charak (now popularly known in the present as Salma Khan) and his stepmother is a dancer and Bollywood acting actress Helen Khan.
Khan is the younger sister of Bollywood actor Salman Khan – with whom he studied at his school the Scindia School, Gwalior–and actor-producer Sohail Khan. He has a sibling Alvira Khan (now known as Alvira Khan Agnihotri) and an adopted sister Arpita Khan. Their brother-in-law of his is the actress Atul Agnihotri as well as Aayush Sharma.

Personal Life
Khan got married to model and actress Malaika Arora, a model, and actress, in 1998. They have one child, Arhaan Khan, born in 2002. They announced their separation on the 28th of March 2016 and divorced on May 11, 2017.
Career
Khan was first seen in the 1996’s film Daraar in the role of a villain of the psychotic wife-beater. He was awarded an award from the Filmfare Award for Best Performance in an Unfortunate Role for his performance. He has been in many multi-starrer hits films like Pyaar Kiya To Darna Kya (1998) and for which he was awarded a Filmfare Award for Best Supporting actor nomination, and Garv: Pride and Honour (2004) where he performed in the role of Salman, his younger brother. Arbaaz khan was a villain on the screen in Qayamat: City Under Threat (2003) which was highly rated at the box office. He also had the roles of a supporting actor in film director Priyadarshan’s comedy films Hulchul (2004), Malamaal Weekly (2006), and Bhagam Bhag (2006). He played the role of an officer in the police force (Constable Javed Shaikh) and a mobster (Moscow Chikna) respectively in the multi-starrers Shootout at Lokhandwala and Fool and Final in 2007.
Arbaaz khan also appeared with his brother Sohail Khan in the movie Jaane Tu… Ya Jaane Na, starring Imran Khan and Genelia D’Souza. In 2009, he appeared alongside Sohail In Kisaan and was the villain in Jai Véru. Khan was also a part of the serial on television Karishma The Miracles of Destiny in 2003. He has also appeared in numerous TV shows occasionally.
