Ayesha Takia Azmi, formerly known as Ayesha Takia, is an Indian actress and former model known for her work in Hindi films. She made her debut in the 2004 action thriller “Taarzan: The Wonder Car” and received both the Filmfare Best Debut Award and the IIFA Award Star Debut of the Year Female for her performance.

Takia went on to star in a number of successful films including “Socha Na Tha” (2005), “Salaam-E-Ishq” (2007), “Wanted” (2009), and “Paathshaala” (2010). She has also received accolades such as the Bengal Film Journalists’ Association awards and Screen Awards.
