Janaki sustains severe injuries and is rushed to the ICU, requiring immediate transfer to another hospital for her survival. Stranded and unable to comprehend the local language, Balram and his children find themselves in a helpless situation. A compassionate stranger, a friend of the cab driver named M. Sasikumar, witnesses their plight and comes to their aid.
Unfortunately, Janaki passes away during the journey. With all flight tickets to Lucknow booked, Shivani is left with no choice but to travel alone to Ayodhya, carrying her mother’s remains. The ambulance driver, now revealed as Abdul Malik, approaches the passengers, explaining the desperate situation and requesting two individuals to voluntarily surrender their tickets.
Two compassionate passengers understand the gravity of the circumstances and selflessly offer their tickets, enabling Sonu and Balram to reach Ayodhya.
