  • Reportedly, a leading media house found out that Pratah Kamal used to sell 300 copies a day, but Brajesh’s father used to claim that they sold more than 60,000 copies of newspapers daily to get more advertisements and funds for the newspaper. According to the sources, Brajesh’s father was allocated funds of Rs 40 lakh annually from the government for the advertisements.
  • Gradually, he became good friends with various politicians and was photographed with a few leading politicians of Bihar. Reportedly, in 2005, Bihar CM Nitish Kumar attended the birthday party of Brajesh’s son Rahul Anand.
  • Even the TISS team talked to the media houses and talked about their survey report. Soon, this became a big news and media houses started pressuring the Bihar government to take some strict action against the NGO owner.
