Brendan Fraser began learning to act during his school years. After watching this, he fell in love with acting. Their passion for the field of arts increased when he began his studies at Upper Canada College in Toronto.

He also learned about theatre at The Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle. In 1990, he earned his Bachelor’s degree with a major in Fine Arts. In the following year, due to his exceptional performance, the theatre was able to offer him training in The Intiman Theatre.

He completed his master’s diploma in this field at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. In the same year, he offered an audition for his role as a Latino character in the movie “Bound By Honour”.

Personal Life

While Brendan Fraser is currently divorced He first was introduced to Afton Smith at an outdoor barbecue at Winona Ryder’s home on July 4th, 1993. They tied the knot on September 27, 1998, and they share three children: Griffin, Holden, and Leland.

The couple parted apart and they legally divorced on the 17th of April 2008. In 2013, Brendan requested the court to cut his child support and alimony payments, claiming that he could not pay the annual obligations of $900,000. The ex-wife of his, however, was accused by Fraser of concealing financial assets.

Brendan Fraser made her debut professionally acting in the film titled “Dogfight” in the role of the sailor who is heading to Vietnam. He first got the chance to be the main character in the movie “Encino Man” in 1992. He played the role of a prehistoric frozen caveman.

The same year, he was featured on the show “School Ties” along with Matt Damon and Chris O’Donnell. He appeared as a character in “The Scout” and “With Honors” in 1994. in 1995, he was featured on the screen in “The Passion of Darkly Noon” as well as “Now and Then”.
