Chiranjeevi (born Konidela Siva Sankara Vara Prasad on 22 August 1955) is an Indian politician and actor most well-known for his role in the Telugu film industry. He is a part of hundreds of Telugu feature films as well as Hindi, Tamil, and Kannada films. His age is 68 years old.

Early Life and Family
Vara Prasad is the son of Srimathi Anjana Devi and the Late Sri Venkat Rao. The birth of Vara Prasad was on the 22nd, 1955 in Mogallturu which is a town located in Andhra Pradesh’s West Godavari District on the banks of the Godavari River. The father of the family was a police officer who was frequently moved. He was raised by his grandparents in the town he grew up in.
Education
Chiranjeevi attended schools at Nidadavolu, Gurajala, Ponnuru, Mangalagiri, and Mogalturu in Andhra Pradesh. He continued his studies for his intermediate at C.S.R. Sharma Junior College (Ongole) and graduated with a B.Com qualification from Y.N. College in Narasapur, Andhra Pradesh.

Personal Life
He married Surekha Chiranjeevi, who was the late comedian Allu Rama Lingaiah’s daughter on 20 February 1980. Chiranjeevi is the father of 3 children: Sushmita (elder daughter), Ram Charan Teja (renowned Telugu actor) Sreeja (the younger daughter), and Ram Charan Teja, a Sreeja (younger daughter). Chiranjeevi is the father of the actor of renowned Allu Arjun.
Early Years Of Film Career
After they completed their studies, Chiranjeevi moved to Madras (Chennai) to pursue his aspirations of becoming a famous actor on the screen. He graduated with a diploma in acting on June 28, 1978, he was given an unimportant role in the movie “Punadi Rally”, directed by Raj Kumar. He was a part-time actor as the first-time actor on screen in “Punadi Rally”, Chiru’s first film released in the year 1978 was “Pranam Kharidu” (1978) which was a directorial project of K. Vasu.
He was offered several roles that were small and villainous in films, among them “Manavoori Pandavulu” (1978). “Adavi Donga”, released in the same year was another film of significance during his professional career. The year 1979 was the time that Chiranjeevi was averaging eight films and, by the last quarter, he gained momentum within the industry.
