Early Life

We’ve all seen that Falguni Pathak is a boy with a masculine appearance. This could be due to her parent’s desire to have the blessing of having a son. As Falguni was a child she would listen to radio stations a lot and eventually a desire to sing developed within her.

She performed at the podium for the very first time in her life when she was just 9 years of age on the INS Udaigiri Ship on the day before the independence day of India. She sang “Laila O Laila” from the film Qurbani.

Falguni Pathak is from an ethnically Gujarati family. From her early years, she has raised a fan of Garba music and Gujarati music, which led her to be drawn to this genre. Her mother taught the Garba folk songs as she was a child. As time passed, she began singing at the Navaratri celebrations as a chorus singer.

Family

Falguni Pathak was the 5th child of her parents. She is born in Vadodara, Gujarat, India. There is a gap of nearly eight years between Falguni and her fourth sister. Parents were expected to deliver a boy at the time Falguni was set to be born. This could be the main reason for her distinctive dressing style.

Education

Falguni Pathak earned her B.com through Smt. M.M.K college of economics and commerce in Mumbai. Her debut was in the industry of music with the hit song ” Kya mil Gayi dusri”. The song was featured in the film Andhiyan which was released in the year 1990.

But, her debut album was dropped in 1998. She was thoroughly trained by Bhavdeep Jaipurwale for a period of five years. Not only that, but she also got training in traditional folk music under Diwaliben Bhil.

Career

Since her first professional appearance in the world of music in the year 1998. She has been greeted with numerous acclamations and admiration from the public. She has a beautiful voice, and the public has a lot of respect and admiration for her.
