Hruta Durgule was born on September 12, 1994, in Mumbai, Maharashtra, to Dilip Durgule and Nilima Durgule. She has a younger brother named Rugved Durgule. She completed her graduation from Ramnarain Ruia Autonomous College.

Hruta Durgule completed her schooling and pursued a degree in Mass Media with a specialization in Advertising from Ramnarain Ruia College in Matunga, Mumbai.

At present, Hruta is in a relationship with Prateek Shah, a well-known director who has directed several successful shows including Teri Meri Ikk Jindri, Beyhadh 2, Bahu Begum, Kuch Rang Pyaar Ke Aise Bhi, and Ek Deewana Tha.

Career

Hruta Durgule began her career as an assistant director in the television series Pudhcha Paaul. While working on the show, she came to know that Rasika Deodhar, the casting director, was looking for fresh faces for an upcoming program.

She auditioned for the lead role and was subsequently selected for Durva, which aired on Star Pravah. In 2017, she gained popularity for her performance in the Zee Yuva series Phulpakharu, which ran for approximately 2.5 years.

In 2018, Hruta Durgule started appearing in the television drama Dada Ek Good News Ahey, where she acted alongside Umesh Kamat, Rishi Manohar, and Aarti More. The play is produced by Priya Bapat.

In addition, she played the character of Mrunmayee (also known as Chiu) in the short film Strawberry Shake, which was released on ZEE5 Premium during the COVID pandemic.
