Jemimah Jessica Rodriguez (born 5 September 2000) was an Indian cricketer. She is an allrounder for the Mumbai women’s cricket side and played in the Under-17 Maharashtra hockey side. She was presented with the Jagmohan Dlmiya Award by MS Dhoni, a cricketer, for the Best Domestic Junior Women’s Cricketer.
Jemimah Rodrigues, an Indian woman cricketer, was born to a Catholic family. Jemimah’s father is Ivan Rodrigues, a former cricket coach who was also a long-time coach for Jemimah. Lavita Rodrigues, her mother is a Mumbai school teacher. Jemimah Rodrigues is the sister of Eli Rodrigues, and Enoch Rodrigues.
Jemimah Rodrigues was raised in Bhandup (Mumbai, India) with her brothers Enoch and Eli. She is a practicing Christian. She began playing season cricket at the age of 4. To access better sports facilities, they moved to Bandra West in a different part of the city.
Her father, Ivan Rodrigues was a junior coach at her school. She grew up playing bowl with her brothers. Jemimah’s father Ivan, who has been her coach since the beginning, founded the girls’ cricket team at school. As a child, Jemimah loved playing both cricket and hockey.
Jemimah Rodriguez was selected to the Maharashtra under-17 hockey and under-19 hockey teams. Her debut as a cricket U-19 player was made at 12 and a half years old during the 2012-13 cricket seasons. At age 13, she was selected for the state under-19 cricket team.
Jemimah Rodrigue has a varied domestic career that includes playing for various domestic teams, such as Mumbai Women in 2014. She then played for SuperNovas in 2018 and 2020.
Jemimah Rodriguez has been a key player for Women In Blue. He played in 21 ODI matches as well as 53 T20 International matches. His runs averaged 19.70 and 27.48 runs respectively.
His score was unbeaten in both the longest and the shortest formats of the game, with a score of 81 runs and 72 runs. She has been selected to represent India at the Commonwealth Games 2022. India will expect her to perform in the crunch phase.
The International Indian team was the next frontier. Jemimah was the first International player to make her debut against South Africa in a T20 cricket competition. To help India win the total, she teamed up with Mithali Raj (her idol), scoring a crucial 37 runs.

Jemimah was a domestic success story and received her first Indian call-up for the Australia tour in March 2018. Harmanpreet Kaur gave her her first ODI cap in Vadodara. Rodrigues was not able to score 1 out of 8 balls and was caught by Wellington.
