Birth and Early Life
Shreyas Iyer was born on the 6th of December 1994, in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. He is from an upper-middle-class Mangalorean family. The first time he was noticed was through the eyes of coach Pravin Amre in Shivaji Park Gymkhana.
