Early Life
Uday Chopra has notable family connections in Bollywood, with his sister-in-law being actress Rani Mukerji and his cousins being film director Karan Johar and film producer Vidhu Vinod Chopra. “Yeh Dillagi,” which was released on May 6, 1994, was a commercial success, earning 10.8 crores against its allocated funding of 1.6 crores. The movie received positive reviews from critics upon its initial release, with Kajol’s performance being particularly praised, which proved to be a breakthrough for her in the industry.
