Early Life

Born on the 1st of September, 1996 in Oakland, California, actress, and singer Zendaya had a background in theatre. Since she was the son of a stage director Zendaya spent much of her childhood in the California Shakespeare Theater. She also took part in the youth program and was a part of several of its productions.

Career

Zendaya began her modeling career as a model. She started out as a model at Old Navy, Mervin’s, and Macy’s. In addition, she was featured as a backup dancer. She also made an appearance on the popular TV show named ‘Hot N Cold’ in 2009.
