Adah Sharma, born on May 11, 1992, hails from Palakkad, Kerala, and belongs to a Tamil Iyer family. Her father, Late S.L. Sharma, served as an Army official, and her mother, Sheila Sharma, is a classical dancer. Adah attended Auxilium Convent High School in Mumbai for her schooling.

Following her completion of 12th standard, Adah decided to discontinue her formal studies and instead pursued dancing. She enrolled at the Natraj Gopi Krishna Kathak Dance Academy, where she obtained a graduation degree in Kathak. Throughout her training, Adah gained expertise in various Indian and Western dance forms, showcasing her versatility in the field.

Adah Sharma received her education at Auxilium Convent High School in Bandra. It was during her tenth grade that she decided to pursue a career in acting.
