Niharika Konidela is the daughter of renowned actor and producer Nagendra Babu and Padmaja Konidela. Interestingly, Niharika initially did not incline to act or pursue a career in the cinema industry. However, an unexpected opportunity came her way when she received an offer to anchor a Telugu dance reality show called “Dhee Juniors,” which was broadcast on ETV Telugu.
