Priyamani Iyer was born and brought up in Bangalore, Karnataka. She hails from a Tamil family. Her father, Vasudeva Mani Iyer, is involved in the plantation business, while her mother, Lathamani Iyer, formerly served as a bank manager at Union Bank of India. During her school years, Priyamani showcased her modeling skills for renowned brands such as Kanchipuram Silk, Erode Bharani Silks, and Lakshmi Silks.
