Rumman Raees (born 18 October 1991) is a Pakistani cricketer who is a player with United Bank Limited and the Pakistan cricket team. In August 2018, he became one of the thirty-three players who were granted a central contract for the season 2018-19 by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB).

Domestic and T20 Franchise Career

In October, during the Quaid-e-Azam 2017-18 Trophy fixture against United Bank Limited and Lahore Whites, The player scored nine wickets and 25 runs during the second innings of the match. This was the second-highest score for first-class cricket in Pakistan.

3 June 2018 the player was chosen to represent Toronto Nationals. Toronto Nationals is in the player’s draft for the first version of the Global T20 Canada tournament. In March 2019, He was included in the Federal Areas’ squad for the 2019 Pakistan Cup.

International Career

He was selected to Pakistan’s team to participate in the 2015 ICC World Twenty20 tournament but was subsequently dropped due to an injury to his knee. The player made the Twenty20 International (T20I) debut for Pakistan against the West Indies on 27 September 2016.

Raees was not initially included in the Pakistan squad at the 2017 ICC Champions Trophy but was later added to the squad to replace an injured Wahab Riaz. Raees took the One Day International (ODI) debut in the semi-finals against England on June 14 in place of wounded Mohammad Amir. He picked up two wickets for 44 runs, including the opener for England, Alex Hales.
